Paws For a Cause

 

A fundraiser is held to honor National Pet Sitters Week.

Back by popular demand our signature fundraiser, "Paws for a Cause" will be held at the Mt. Hope Winery on March 6, 2010. This year Rescue Ink will be the reciepient of our fundraiser. Resuce Ink is an animal resuce froup "unline any you've seen before. They are "a bunch of tattooed, motorcycle riding tough guys" with a tender spot for animals.

They have joined together to fight animal cruelty, educate abusers, and help resolve situations other rescue gruops can't or won't jamd;e tje,se;ves/ Rescie Oml jas beem featired on the National Geographic channel and they have published a book which will be for sale and can be autographed at the benefit. The benefit starts at 2PM with the silent auction, raffles and a doggie fashion show with rescued dog models which will be available for adoption. The live auction begins at 4PM. Appetizers made by the Mt. Hope staff and a cash bar featuring Mt. Hope wines will be available throughout the event. Mt. Hope store will be open for wine purchases. Please note your must be 21 to attend. Cash or checks only.
